Are you looking for a way to increase your daily energy and gain stamina? Dance fitness is a fun way to get cardio training, strengthen muscles, and get a full-body workout. All fitness levels are encouraged to join. Health and injury accommodations will be included in every class. Invite your sister, your daughter, your mother and your aunt for this inclusive fitness regimen. Make sure to bring a water bottle to class and wear shoes that will stay firmly on your feet (like tennis shoes with laces).
