9:00 - 9:20 a.m.: Welcome and Opening Remarks.

9:20 - 9:55 a.m.: Building Bridges Keynote Address and airing of a bias crime public service announcement produced by the Washington County District Attorney's Office.

10:00 - 11:00 a.m.: First Panel, Educating the Community: Topics include state bias crime and incident data and trends, a primer on state and federal bias laws, reporting mechanisms, and audience Q&A.

11:00 - 11:05 a.m.: Airing of the "You Belong' video produced by the Oregon Department of Justice.

11:05 - 12:00 p.m.: Second Panel, Justice: This panel will focus on partnerships derived from Building Bridges. Audience Q&A to follow.

12:00 - 12:30 p.m.: Lunch break (lunch provided free of charge) and Networking.

12:30 - 12:55 p.m.: Artistic Interlude.

1:00 - 2:00 p.m.: Third Panel, Community Outreach & Engagement: How to bring the community together following a bias crime incident. audience Q&A included.

2:05 - 3:00 p.m.: Final panel, Youth Education and Engagement: How various agencies and community groups form relationships with youth to help raise awareness of bias and bigotry.

3:00 - 3:15 p.m.: Summit Conclusion and Call to Action
